  • Limited Partnership – is a business entity organized by (i) at least one general partner who is fully responsible for all of the partnership's businesses, and (ii) limited partner(s) whose responsibility for the results from the business operation is limited to the amount of the investment made.
  • Limited partnership through shares – this type of Slovenian partnership can be established by at least 5 partners who are responsible for the partnership's activities within the limit of their share capital contribution.
  • Branch – is a business formation of a foreign company that can carry out its business activities in Slovenia.
